Long-Term Collaboration in Injection Molding Services

 

As a long-standing customer, Planmeca, shared insights into their collaboration with Fibox, their injection molding supplier, which has spanned approximately 15 years. The partnership originally began due to the Fibox’s strong reputation for quality and the valuable ability to manufacture products in relevant locations. 

Initially, the collaboration focused on 2K (two-component) parts, which were the main driver for starting the business relationship. Over the years, the cooperation gradually expanded, particularly in the last 1.5–2 years, as pricing reached a more competitive level and mutual understanding improved. Earlier attempts to broaden cooperation had stalled mainly due to cost considerations, but with more recent developments, several projects have been launched.
