Employee wellbeing and engagement
Fibox employs 641 people across its operations, supporting manufacturing, engineering, sales and service activities in Europe, Asia and North America. Employee wellbeing and engagement are monitored through regular surveys, supporting the development of Fibox’s working culture and everyday practices. In 2025, Fibox achieved a PeoplePower® Index score of 70,0 (A, Satisfactory), reflecting stable engagement and employee wellbeing across the organisation.
Health and safety
Occupational health and safety are managed through shared policies, certified management systems and site-level practices aligned with local legislation and operational needs. Selected Fibox locations are certified according to ISO 45001, supporting a structured approach to risk management, hazard prevention and continuous improvement in workplace safety. In 2025, the occupational accident frequency was 2,34 per 100 person-years.
Learning and development
Fibox supports employee competence development through structured onboarding, role-specific learning initiatives and continuous training opportunities. Fibox’s shared learning platform, Priima, provides access to professional development content, ethical training and Code of Conduct education across Fibox operations. In 2025, the average training hours per employee were 13,3 hours for women and 11,2 hours for men.
Human rights and fair practices
Fibox respects human rights across its operations and value chain, supported by Group-level policies including the Human Rights Policy, Supplier Code of Conduct and Speak Up reporting channel. These policies define expectations for suppliers and partners and support responsible practices across the value chain. Employment practices at Fibox are aligned with local legislation and, where applicable, collective agreements.
