Sustainability management at Fibox

Sustainability at Fibox is integrated into the way the company operates across all businesses and regions. It is guided by shared values, long-term thinking and defined responsibilities, and implemented through Group-level policies and structured management systems covering environmental, social and governance responsibilities.

Governance framework and responsibilities

Sustainability is managed as part of Fibox’s overall business operations and decision-making processes. Responsibilities are defined across the organisation and supported by Group-level policies and operational practices.

This approach ensures that sustainability is embedded in everyday activities rather than managed as a separate function.

Policy framework

Fibox’s sustainability governance is supported by a structured framework of Group-level policies covering environmental, social and governance responsibilities. These define expectations for compliance, responsible behaviour and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Together, these policies form the foundation of Fibox’s sustainability governance and support implementation, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement across the organisation.
