At Fibox, sustainability is not a side initiative — it’s embedded in how we design, operate, and lead. Our environmental efforts focus on circularity, smarter materials, and cleaner production processes that reduce waste and energy use. Social responsibility means building a workplace where safety, well-being, and inclusion are continuously developed through real actions. And in governance, we prioritize transparency, regulatory alignment, and shared accountability to ensure our progress is credible and measurable. ENVIRONMENT

Redefining Legacy Through Smarter Materials

At Fibox, sustainability starts with what we make — and how we make it. Our environmental actions are rooted in real, measurable progress, not promises.

Circularity in Practice

We reuse and recycle plastic materials within our own production. Our goal is to increase the share of recycled content and reduce raw material dependency.

Smarter Raw Material

We use partially recycled plastics and are actively researching low-carbon alternatives to reduce our environmental footprint.

Cleaner Production

Our production processes are continuously optimized to reduce energy use and minimize waste. This includes reducing scrap and improving yield.

Support to our customers

As a supplier to major companies in various industries, important part of our environmental sustainability work is to help our customers reach their sustainability goals. We are currently working on creating LCA (Lifecycle Assesment) calculations for our product, and aim to publish respective EPD's by 2026.

We are actively working toward ISO 45001 certification to ensure structured and consistent occupational health and safety practices.

Well-being Initiatives

Our HR team is developing long-term support programs focused on employee well-being, both in production and office environments.

We promote respect and equality across all roles and acknowledge that we still have room to grow — especially in fostering a more inclusive culture.

“Progress with People” is our internal theme — a commitment to continuous improvement, not perfection. To support growth and shared understanding, we have started rolling out eLearning platform in 2025.

Fact-Based Communication

We share what we’re doing, not just what we aspire to do. Our sustainability communication is grounded in real actions and measurable outcomes. We are now preparing our first sustainability report in accordance with the VSME standard. The report will be externally audited and published in 2026.

Internal Accountability

Sustainability is not a side project — it’s embedded across teams. We provide internal training, message libraries, and team-specific guidance to ensure consistency.

Feedback and Monitoring

We use employee surveys, customer feedback, and audit outcomes to continuously improve our ESG practices and communication.

The purpose of Fibox Code of Conduct is to  support and guide the choices and decisions made in the Fibox Group. With the operating instructions, we ensure that all Fibox Group employees and Fibox Group partners have a unified understanding of the rules and principles that guide what we do.
