Global Pricing Manager, Espoo, Finland

Are you looking for a role where your pricing expertise truly influences how a company operates worldwide?

We are now looking for a Global Pricing Manager to join Fibox’s Products & Innovation organization at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland.

Global Pricing Manager role

As a Global Pricing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of a unified global pricing framework for Fibox’s enclosure business. Your work includes designing and deploying a comprehensive pricing system, harmonizing pricing structures across regions, and establishing standardized global pricing processes that support Fibox’s long-term business goals.

You will be part of the Products & Innovation organization, working in a collaborative team that includes product management and R&D. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and business leadership, ensuring pricing decisions are aligned with market needs and strategic objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive a high-impact 1–2-year pricing transformation project, and afterward continue to own, develop, and maintain Fibox’s global pricing process as part of the company’s long-term operating model.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and further develop Fibox internal and external pricing systems and structures
  • Lead annual pricing reviews and implement required price adjustments
  • Drive the harmonization and simplification of pricing models and discount structures across regions
  • Establish a standardized global pricing process and roll it out across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, product management, and finance to ensure competitive, transparent, and profitable pricing
  • Provide tactical support and profitability analysis for major customer cases
  • Collect, analyse, and provide reports on market pricing to support business and product decision-making
  • Train and support the organization in adopting the pricing system and day-to-day pricing processes

What we are looking for

  • Strong background in pricing, commercial analytics, or revenue management in a B2B manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of pricing models, frameworks, and value-based pricing principles
  • Experience in process development and/or system implementation
  • Systematic and analytical way of working, with hands-on experience in ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and regions

Inside Sales Specialist, Sweden

Are you motivated by combining technical expertise with proactive customer contact and sales support? Do you have experience in inside sales and a solid understanding of enclosures or cabinets?

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen our Nordic Enclosures team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a solid understanding of enclosures and cabinets who enjoys technical sales support, customer interaction, and proactive sales work – without extensive travel.

The position is based in Sweden and focuses on supporting customers and the sales organization through internal sales activities and technical expertise.

Inside Sales Specialist role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Fibox’s Nordic enclosures business through internal sales and technical customer support. Your work includes lead hunting, proactive customer contact, and providing technical guidance related to enclosures and customized solutions.

You will be part of a close-knit and collaborative Swedish sales team consisting of sales management, external sales roles focused on different customer segments, and internal sales/customer service. In this role, you will be the fifth team member, with a clear focus on inside sales and technical support.

You will work closely with order handling, sales colleagues, and several support functions, including product and pricing management, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain. Cooperation takes place across the Nordic organization and within the wider EMEA network.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle internal sales activities, including lead hunting and proactive customer contact
  • Provide technical sales support related to enclosures and cabinets, including customized solutions
  • Understand and interpret technical documentation and drawings
  • Conduct outbound customer calls to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Support the sales organization in driving profitable growth (no order handling responsibility)
  • Collaborate closely with sales colleagues, order handling, and other internal stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • Professional experience in inside sales or sales support, preferably within enclosures, cabinets, or a related industrial field
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to discuss solutions with customers
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player
  • Relevant competence gained through education and/or hands-on experience

This role is well suited to a professional currently working in internal or external sales who is genuinely motivated by inside sales as a long-term focus, and who prefers a role centered on customer interaction and technical sales rather than extensive travel.
