Global Marketing Coordinator

Would you like to work at the heart of Fibox’s global marketing operations, supporting campaigns, content, and communication across different countries?

We are now looking for a Global Marketing Coordinator to join Fibox’s Global Marketing Team, based at our Fibox’s headquarters in Espoo, Finland.

Global Marketing Coordinator role

As a Global Marketing Coordinator, you will support and coordinate Fibox’s global marketing and communication activities. Your work includes planning and implementing global campaigns, managing digital marketing systems and content, and coordinating marketing projects across regions.

In addition, you will help strengthen Fibox’s Finnish marketing presence by using your native Finnish skills to support local initiatives.

You will be part of a small, collaborative team led by the VP, Global Marketing, and work closely with marketing colleagues from different regions, as well as with sales and product management teams across Fibox.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Global Marketing Team in daily operations and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate and assist in implementing global and regional campaigns, ensuring consistent brand execution
  • Maintain and update content, contact data, and automation workflows in HubSpot
  • Support the preparation and localization of marketing and sales materials (brochures, presentations, web content)
  • Help manage and track marketing projects, schedules, and deliverables across multiple regions
  • Collect and report campaign and digital performance metrics
  • Assist in organizing global events and trade fair participation in coordination with regional teams
  • Collaborate with product marketing, communications, and sales to ensure message consistency across all markets

We are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or project coordination in an international work environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Good writing and communication skills in English and native Finnish (other languages are an advantage)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, marketing automation and reporting – especially HubSpot marketing and content hubs, CRM and reporting tools.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative working style

Key Account Manager, Sweden

Are you ready to drive technical sales and make a tangible impact on Fibox’s growth in Sweden?

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen Fibox’s Sales Team in Sweden.

Key Account Manager role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing existing OEM and panel builder customers, as well as developing new business opportunities. Your role combines strong customer-facing activity with technical sales expertise, requiring travel and personal visits to clients frequently.

You will work independently towards clear sales goals, converting prospects into new customers and expanding turnover with existing accounts.

The role reports to the Sales Manager for Sweden, works closely with a Area Sales Manager, and collaborates with colleagues across the Nordics in sales, customer service, and order management.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow existing OEM and panel builder customer base in Sweden
  • Develop new business and convert prospects into key customers
  • Conduct in-person client visits and technical meetings
  • Guide customers based on technical CAD drawings to identify optimal product solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and business opportunities

We are looking for

  • Motivation and skills for proactive customer work and frequent travel
  • Ability to prospect and convert new customers into business opportunities
  • Technical understanding to support customers
  • Goal-driven, independent, and self-sufficient work approach
  • Outgoing personality
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience with enclosures and electrical cabinets is highly prioritized
  • Existing network or experience in OEM, reseller, or distributor sales channels is an advantage
