Governance and ethical business practices at Fibox
Fibox manages governance and ethical business practices through its Code of Conduct, Group-level policies, supplier requirements and structured oversight.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct defines expectations for integrity, compliance and responsible behaviour across Fibox’s operations. It guides everyday decision-making and applies to all employees, supported by training and communication, including content provided via Fibox’s shared learning platform.
Responsible business practices
Fibox promotes responsible business conduct through defined Group-level policies covering ethical behaviour, compliance and human rights. These policies support consistent practices across operations and guide business decision-making.
Fibox also ensures compliance with applicable product-related regulatory requirements, including chemical and material regulations such as REACH and RoHS, as part of its overall business practices and customer commitments.
Supplier requirements
Fibox sets expectations for suppliers and partners through its Supplier Code of Conduct, which covers ethical behaviour, human rights and environmental responsibility. These expectations are applied in supplier relationships and support responsible practices across the value chain.
Speak Up and reporting
Fibox maintains a confidential Speak Up channel that enables employees and external stakeholders to report concerns related to misconduct, compliance or ethical issues.
The channel supports transparency and responsible business practices and is available to employees and external stakeholders without fear of retaliation.
Governance and oversight
Governance oversight within Fibox is carried out through the Boards of Directors of each operating company, supported by Group-level policies, defined responsibilities and reporting practices. These support compliance and responsible behaviour across its operations and value chain.
