In a large photovoltaic project in Türkiye, Birtes was responsible for delivering DC combiner box solutions to support a 200 megawatt solar installation.

Meeting strict technical requirements such as IP65+ -rated protection and suitability for 1500 V DC installation.

Customised modular enclosure design
Fibox provided modular enclosure solutions that could be adapted to Birtes’ specific needs. The design allowed Birtes to modify the enclosure structure to match customer requirements. The solution is based on 2,000 EKUN 180 T and EKTH 130 T enclosures with EKTZR accessories to meet the needs of the project.

The enclosures were designed to withstand outdoor environments, including strong UV exposure and varying weather conditions. They also met required voltage and protection standards for solar applications.
