Strategic Partnerships

Preferred Supplier Program

In 2024, Fibox Tested Systems introduced a Preferred Supplier Program to recognise suppliers based on performance in areas such as quality, delivery, cost and sustainability. The program supports structured collaboration on performance and sustainability-related objectives, encouraging continuous improvement and development.

Supplier benefits:

  • Business review meetings for feedback

  • Scorecard evaluations identifying strengths and improvements

  • Priority access to new opportunities and early bid invitations

A limited number of suppliers are selected based on defined evaluation criteria. The criteria are regularly updated, and participants are reviewed regularly through supplier scorecards to support continuous improvement and alignment with requirements.

Responsible Risk Oversight

ESG Procurement Risk Management

Fibox Tested Systems implements supplier sustainability risk management practices through structured processes, which include routine communication with key suppliers, regular monitoring of supplier sustainability KPIs, supplier risk assessments, ESG-focused training, and the development of targeted action plans for identified high-risk suppliers. It also benchmarks industry practices by engaging with companies with advanced ESG programs and external experts.

Suppliers are expected to identify, monitor and manage their ESG-related risks, including:

  • Environmental (Carbon footprint, emissions, resource use, energy, waste management, water usage)

  • Social (labour practices, respect for human rights, worker/customer/user safety, engagement with local communities)

  • Governance (Ethical practices, anti-corruption policies, transparency, and legal compliance)

  • Economic Viability and financial stability

Suppliers are expected to establish and uphold sustainability risk management practices in line with the sourcing policy. For a consistent and structured assessment of a supplier’s activities, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification are expected reference frameworks. Participation in the EcoVadis sustainability assessment is also expected and used as part of supplier evaluation. If a supplier is not subject to mandatory disclosure requirements regarding their ESG impact under European law, reporting according to VSME may be used as a complementary approach.
