What Fibox’s 2025 Equality and non-discrimination Survey Tells Us About Our Culture

At Fibox, we believe that fairness, respectful behaviour and equal treatment are built through daily actions and shared responsibility. To better understand how these values are reflected across our organisation, we conducted a global Equality and Non-Discrimination Survey in 2025. Employees across all regions were invited to share their experiences of respect, fair treatment and inclusion in their everyday work.

The responses provide a meaningful overview of how our culture is experienced today and support our ongoing efforts to strengthen equality and inclusion across the company.

Our People Feel Respected and Valued

The survey results indicate a strong overall perception of equality and non-discrimination at Fibox. A clear majority of respondents (over 80 %) believe that equality and non-discrimination are well implemented across the organisation.

Most respondents report feeling respected and included in their daily work and describe their teams as fair and supportive environments. There is a high level of trust in supervisors to act fairly and in accordance with Fibox’s Code of Conduct.

Employees highlighted that diverse perspectives are valued and that Fibox is experienced as a workplace where people feel a sense of belonging. Together, these findings reinforce the importance of integrity, fairness and respect as core elements of our culture.

Recognising Areas for Improvement

The survey supports Fibox’s commitment to continuous development of equality and inclusion. As a global organisation, we recognise that promoting fairness and inclusion requires ongoing attention, clear direction and consistent practices across all levels of the company.

The results highlight opportunities for further development. Employees emphasised the importance of clear and transparent communication around decision-making, pay structures and career development, as well as consistent practices and equal access to development opportunities.

Differences in experiences were also observed between countries, reflecting the unique context of each team and location. These findings reinforce the importance of balancing a consistent global direction with the flexibility to respond to local needs.

Learning from our employee feedback

The open comments in the survey gave valuable insight into the everyday situations behind the numbers. Many employees described Fibox as an open and supportive workplace where communication is encouraged, recruitment is fair and teams work well together. Some also recognised progress in gender balance, including an increase in women in leadership roles. Strong teamwork and the commitment of management and HR to fair practices were highlighted as positive aspects of our culture.

The feedback also emphasised the importance of continued dialogue, leadership development and practical actions that support equality and inclusion in everyday work. Employees expressed interest in initiatives that make fairness, respectful behaviour and equal participation more visible in daily activities.

Turning Insights into Action

The findings of the survey will guide our work going forward. Topics related to equality and fair treatment will be included in the next global Employee Survey to support consistent follow-up and understanding. We are also preparing a Global Equality and Diversity Plan that will provide a shared framework for promoting fairness and inclusion across Fibox, while allowing flexibility to address local needs.

In parallel, we will continue to strengthen leadership development, training and internal communication. These efforts support the integration of our values into everyday interactions, decision-making and long-term development across the Fibox community. By focusing on fair practices, transparency and respectful behaviour, we aim to ensure that our values are consistently reflected in daily work and collaboration.

Continuing our work towards lasting equality

The results of the 2025 survey highlight that fairness, respect and equal treatment remain central to Fibox’s identity. They also remind us that creating an inclusive workplace is an ongoing journey.

By listening to our employees and incorporating their perspectives into our development work, we strengthen our culture and support the wellbeing and engagement of teams across all locations.

We thank all employees who contributed to the survey. The survey insights will continue to inform Fibox’s actions to create a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected and able to thrive.
